So… Some things are so common in our daily life but almost beyond our control. Like a sudden rain that pours when you head out; a freezing winter; a sudden call of duty that cuts short your vacation; the list goes on and on. Here’s my top ‘cosmic’ nuisances that’s worth a mention.πŸ˜‰

Hot summer. It’s not that chilling in the beach, slurpee sipping sweet summer. I’m talking about the blazing hot, blood evaporating evil summer. How to become a ghost rider, with zero investment? Just take a walk to the nearby grocery store when the sun is up high over your head. All you need is a fire extinguisher when you get back home. You do not wanna burn down the entire house, do you?πŸ˜‚ Simply put in the language of Game of Thrones, it is, ‘Summer is coming!’

Alarm clock. Most of us are those people who hate extremely to wake up to a sudden sound. Even if it might sound pleasant. Somehow, my brain knows exactly when the alarm clock is going to ring and it wakes me up five minutes before. Then I wait till it rings, shut it off and decide to play a dangerous game called Russian Roulette with it. I close my eyes, go back to sleep, wanting to wake up on my own, 15 mins later. It might be 15 mins or 4 hours, I’ll never know!πŸ˜„ It’s too risky, too tempting and that’s why I love it.

Noisy neighbors. Some neighbors are cool, some might keep it to themselves. But very rarely, the universe decides to make a joke on you, shoves loud speakers down some chosen ones’ throat and plants them as your neighbors. All day long, you won’t even know if they are in the house or vanished. But as you get to bed at night, and about to close your eyes, that’s their cue. May be they are nocturnal beings. There will be all kinds of strange noises, you’ll stay up wondering the possibilities of what they are up to!

  • Breaking down a wall with a sledge hammer to renovate?
  • A contest called ‘Who can laugh the loudest!’?
  • A dance party?
  • Torturing a dinosaur?
  • All of the above! βœ”

Hope you enjoyed reading. See you next time. Until then, your fellow Art Warlock.πŸ’œ
