So… Are you the one that sleeps the next instant you close your eyes? Believe me when I tell you, you are one of the luckiest of the lucky bunch. Some people (like me of course) gotta go through a million hurdles to reach that sweet, sweet thing called sleep! But, once I do, I don’t wake up even for a lightning strike on my roof. Until then, it’s a tug of war between me and sleep!🤣
Oh, it’s only 9pm and I’m in bed already? I’m gonna get more than 8 hrs of sleep! Hmmm🤔 May be watch Netflix sometime? No way, I’m jumping into that never ending night cycle.
Tossing. Not comfortable. Turning. Not comfortable enough. More turnings. Nope. If I toss and turn a bit more harder, it’d be jumping jacks! 😏
Blanket on. Too hot. Blanket off. Nope, too cold. Blanket on and one leg out. Perfect. Why is my elbow itching?! Geez!
Brain is the weirdest part of a human. Why? It doesn’t work all day. Hell, it will make you wonder if it even exists. But, just when you are about to sleep, it will spring into action. Our brain be like, “Oh, you are about to sleep? Let me bring you 57 different clap backs to today’s situation.” Oh, well! “Or here’s is the list of your stupid decisions for the past two decades.”
Bed is a magical place. I will suddenly remember all the things I forgot to do.🤣 “Thirsty? May be hungry too. A late night snack sounds good.🤔” Shut up, brain!
“Weeeeeeee….” What the..?! Is that a house fly? Where did it even come from?! “Weeeee….” Oh my God! It’s a big house just go away! What is the life span of house fly? “Weeeeee…” I know what I need, right now. A FLAMETHROWER!
